The Goddess Of Guidance

I was in a daze that could baffle most scholars
A hyper vortex swirled around me while I stood there silent listening to the wind
It was a failure on my part that led you to me
Like a baby with fangs I tainted your warm milk
Remember when I used to be special?
I don’t
You were a nomad of nobility
The messiah that brought this boy back to life
Breathe with me slowly
I love watching you live.

Have you ever seen an old man laugh?
Through the smile you forget the years
You saw me in the dark hiding my shard of light from the world
Showing me a love that could linger in the depths of my mind
So deep
It carved craters in my skull where you kissed me
Your power will always be cherished
Slow down the rhythm for me
I used to chase memories before you found me
Tangled in your aura I was a happy captive
The goddess that captures never frees.

I follow your path of guidance leading me to paradise
A velvet nirvana for you and me
I will lay right here beside you
Forever.
