A Poem To Santa

Dear Santa, I hope
This poem of mine
Finds you well.

Are you taking your vitamins?
Do you listen to Mrs. Santa?
It's no use getting her mad.

It's been 20 years since my
Last letter to you.
My, how time flies...

I won't be asking you
For another Barbie doll,
So don't worry.

Actually, now that I'm older
And certainly not much wiser,
I came to a conclusion.

I've no idea what to
Ask of you this year!
Quite a shock, isn't it?

To be honest with you, Santa,
I don't need nor want much.
How very mature of me.

Hopefully, the kids you bring
Presents to are more on the
Nice than on the naughty side.

Naughty kids also deserve
Some kind of gift.
Motivation to be good.

And with this,
I bid you adieu, dear Santa!
Keep those children happy!

Sincerely,

E.

Dear Poeter, In this world love has become one of scarcity today. This life has become cruel to many as the evil seeds of selfishness are sown among billions of people in the land of the mind here in the course of time. Let some people who are not tomorrow smile a little with the sweets and valuable gifts that Santa presents every year. All The Best My Dear Friend; Write More Congratulations
