A night of indignation,
Smeared with ashes of desolation.
Whom she once had trusted with all her heart,
Turned out to be an artful traitor.
She was left to herself,
With her blood boiling on one side,
And air of misery surrounding her on the other.
Broken she was,
As she sat there with utmost despair.
Strong winds gushed through the half-open window,
Causing the secluded candle to flicker.
As she scrutinized it,
The candle seemingly signalled -
My flame quivers without warning,
the wind being my biggest foe,
I fight myself,
and let him know,
that I am the ultimate fighter,
