Five Changes Since the Coming of Covid-19

I want a mask kaleidoscopic, jazzy
like those worn by the stars and the big cheeses. 
I want a mask that makes me look pizazzy
to look decorous when my schnozzle sneezes.

Some folks (in PJs with their pets) will go
on working from their homes. The fresh routine—
like conferences on Zoom in stereo—
means they can gossip safely via screen.

I don’t go into stores, but if you do,
you’ll find hand sanitizers for your pleasure.
I shop online, a habit that is new,
and think it quite a necessary measure.

Theaters are closed? Do you long for a recital
or film? Listen to music on the Net,
read a book, take walks, just don’t stay idle—
but social-distance (vital!)—and don’t fret!
