I let my eyes close
Escaping reality
Darkness surrounds me

Then I heard a sound
Turned into a melody
Sad yet comforting

Without knowing why
With each step, it gets louder
I can feel it's close

Following the sound
Now I'm here and there you are
Making that glum sound

With a violin
Emotions pouring out
Showing a pained look

Suddenly, you stopped
I figured you noticed me
Heading straight to me

"Please don't stop." I said
Finding comfort in your sound
Then I am awake
