15 Faiths Triumph -

faiths triumph

Then now my soull, rejoyce, & sing
Sing praises to, thy god, and king

For now the love of Christ, stands sure
and shall eternaly endure

Hee'l be thy god, & guide for ever
Nothing from thee, his love can sever

Not life, nor death, nor nakednese
Nor any other, such distrese

In fire, & water, he'l be with thee
In death, and danger he'l releive thee

It is a cov'nant promise, free
All things shall work for good, to thee

Ar afflictions, for thee, best
They shall be added, to the rest

Aflictions, triels, and the rod
Ar the love tokens of thy god

Wereby he fits, & carveth thee
An holy temple, for to bee

Thy name is written on his hart
And in his love, thou hast a part

By his spirit, he will guid
Till thou in glory do reside

When in dust, thou buri'd art
He will take care, of ev'ry part

A dust of thee, shall not be lost
In'th book of life, thy name's endorst

When time, & days, ar done away
Thy body shall, no longer stay

A glorious body, he'l give to thee
From sin, itt shall be wholy free

A crown of glory, he will give
For ever, with him thou shalt live

With blessed saincts, thou then shalt sing
The praise, & honour, of thy king

Eternity, is not enough
To praise him, to, his macthlese worth

But stay, my soull what dost thou meane
Thy praises, they, ar thin, & leane

My conscience, gives to me, the lye
Whilst I would fain, to heaven fly

I cannot say this, with my hart
But fear, I act, anothers part.

Till thou doe full asurance, give
And from my fears, & doupts, repreive

Then I will in, thy praises, soare
And still admire, thee more, & more.
