In the Horse Carriage

In the horse carriage
I've fallen asleep peacefully.
Beautiful lady,
do not shake me awake;
we've run through streets with bright lamps,
passed the countryside of cool green shades
and before we know it the smell of the sea flutters near where we're going.
Ah, with the sound of hoofs clopping,
I pursue reality in reality;
beautiful lady,
until we come to the inns' flowering eaves,
do not shake me awake.
