He a spare diet keeps and doth despise
The wichcraft of His pallats Luxuries
Nor in all sumpteous feastings takes delight
But layes Restraint on His Wild Appetite
And shuns the Tables costly are and rare
Replenished with Jonketings for fare
May praise the simple foode that's easly had
And ther with make both minde and body glad
Whilst Heliogablus in excess did err
Cornarus He and Lessius may preferr.
