This life when at the best

This life when at the best

This life when at the best
Is but on Natures Interest
And if we not improve the same
We are to Blame

All Exercise is Good
When it impaires not Livelihood
And draws not Inconveniencies
To Prejudice

That Health which solely makes
A Happy Life without Mistakes
Is wher the Mind and Body agree
In Harmony

Tis not a Tennice-ball
Can so Bewitch my Thoughts with all
As that I Toss away the Time
Whilst in its Prime

But graunt me Temper such
That Exercising not too much
I may and that at Once health find
In Body and Mind
