Losses

If all the losses of the years,
The things which you have missed so long,
And mourned with unavailing tears,
Came trooping back, with dance and song,
And stood expectant at your door,
Would you receive them back once more?

If all the losses of the years,
The things which you have missed so long,
And mourned with unavailing tears,
Came trooping back, with dance and song,
And stood expectant at your door,
Would you receive them back once more?
