Ring, ye happy Christmas bells, ring the precious story:
Christ was born in Bethlehem, Christ the King of glory.

Little children, come and learn, learn the sweet old story:
Once the Christ a child like you, now is King of glory.

Stars and angels sang aloud, peace on earth and glory,
To the God who from above, sent this wondrous story.

Stars and angels sing again, sing the gladsome story,
Answer to the joyous bells, Christ is King of glory.
