Sent to W. Cope when Monke came into England

Sent to W. Cope when Monke came into England with a Scottish Army upon account of the Owld cause

Cope loves a Monke, Monke loves a Cope again
Soe Bishops once more England may maintain
When it obtaines its Lawfull Sovereign
Then Tippetts Rochets when such shall put on
Be stild no more the Raggs of Babilon
Nor of that Whore or Superstition
But deemd a Comely dress to worship in
Confound Scismaticalls stovenly sinn
In serving Him in Whom all Orders been.
