Upon Gutt a Greate Glutton

Of all the meate doth fatt increace
Ther's none like owld beans and peas
The Bacon Hogg weene nothing good
For all the graines without such foode
And Leistersheir of all the rest
Of Counties can afford the best
Wonder not therefore Gutt dwelt there
Where from the Tith of double beere
And black eyd flatt corne he cast up
A Bellied Round provender tubb
Soe as A Mule that Traviels goes
With Laden basket at her nose
Hee (but a Kin to her) Commands
His Struted bin up with his hands
And broaken winded breaths uneven
As he was Atlas and his Loade the heaven.

If with a Child or such a thing
God bless him It must be guttling
For soe the Spawne preserves the Kind
Of Fish and men as piggs doe swine
The Gaddarens of him might boast
Who Chas't their King out of their coast
And he would Know who by this same is meant
Heede goe noe further but conclude it—
out of Christendom
