An editor in Kankakee
Once falling in a burning passion
With a vexatious rival, he
Wrote him a letter in this fashion:
" You are an ass uncouth and rude,
And will be one eternally. "
Then, in an absent-minded mood,
He signed it, " Yours fraternally. "
