The Admiral Apprentice

by

Must be tremendous to be

He who orders executively

The leader, the honcho, the boss

Winning instantaneously becomes loss

Has to be paramount to be the man

With no apparent purpose no plan

Repeal. No deal.

See the little rat squeal

Isn't it magnanimous to be

A fool fueled by ego driven lunacy

Crying fraud left and right

Twittering like a turkey might at night

Truly it's so rewarding to be

A lieutenant boasting authority

Dripping with greed as sweat

The earth wears a frown of upset

Clearly it is exceptional to be

A simpleton, a Gump, riches no frump

A ludicrous farcical grumpy lump

Lamenting and flailing from his stump.
