Handle With Care

People often forget that humans
are as fragile as glass.
They are easy to break.

They take ill easily if not well-cared for.
Keep them wrapped and dry.
Eyes turned to the sky, not downcast.

And make sure not to step upon
their feet or feelings simply
because you can.

Handle everyone with care...
for all of us are human
in the end.
