I  Already Had a Good Life………………………….

When a piece of ,single stranded,
Ribo nucleic acid invisible to naked eye,
Crossing boarders without visa and passport,
Spreading havoc wherever it reaches,
Killing thousands in its blitzkrieg,
Ensnaring millions in lockdown,
Making everyone obsessive to sanitation,
Compulsive to washing and cleaning
Sending economy into doldrums,
Jeopardizing the near copacetic world order,
Exposing grotesque face of many Samaritans,
Leaving doctors in quandary............

There comes a ray of hope to selfish humanity,
From far west,land of chocolates…
When the pandemic was uprooting,
The western Europe………..
She stood  firm,not physically…………..
As she couldn’t even breath………..
Reclining, surrounded by medical parphrenalia…..
Ready to be ventilated………………….
She stopped them from doing so……….
She donated it to a youngster instead,
Who had plenty to fulfill…………….
She had one simple yet powerful explanation,
Many would hesitate even to think…………
“I Already Had A Good Life”
Nothing more nothing less…………..
