Each week's winner will be selected by Poetry Nook's editorial staff within seven days of contest end. Contest winners can be found in the Contest Winners forum; Honorable Mentions can be found in the Honorable Mentions forum.

Note: Most literary magazines consider web-published poems to be "published" and will not consider those poems, so if you want to publish a poem in a literary magazine, we recommend that you wait until it is published and are allowed to re-publish before submitting here.

Hi Poetry Nook team, I uploaded a poem earlier today, and got the usual "success" message but don't see my poem listed with the other competitors. I uploaded it a second time, still not listed. Is there a glitch with the site? Please can you advise -- thanks!

My poem I posted today, May 28 has not appeared too, so, I post it here: Silent Witnesses It is common our disputes about this and that. Really, almost daily, we are at opposite sides. Friends say we are not well-settled a couple, and so misjudgment, I know, hurt us equally. In the deeps of night, standing awake in bed, I look at you asleep and feel all friends’ error. Who would bear testimony of us, I ask myself. Walls and roofs by sure know our inmost life but they do not speak, are invalid witnesses. I ask them if just to me would they say of us. They say of our confronts, furies, rough words and revilements but also remember hugs and hot kisses. Likewise, remember have listened some words like it is cold out, dear, wear your coat or don’t be late, darling; some little things only beloved ones are capable of. They say we are at hard and arduous a battle, on pursuing, although scarce, a bit of true love. They also say to keep the route and fear nothing. Tiles and bricks, indeed, they are; but perceive, unlike our best friends, the very plot of the play. First published in TWJ Magazine, October 2014. Author: Edilson Afonso Ferreira.

Greetings, Poetry Nook! The web page would allow me enter my poem and add it to my profile but wouldn't allow me to add it to the list of entries. Hopefully in the end you won't be bombarded with multiple entries with all of us poets trying to get our entries through? I read that we can post a link here for you to manually add them. Here's the link to my entry, cheers! https://www.poetrynook.com/poem/member/hush-%E2%80%94-tanka
