B LEMMYES (they say) a southerne people are
Whose mouthes and eyes are placèd in their breast;
Who haue no heads, but shoulders being bare
Do serue instead of head vnto the rest
 And so the people of an anarchie
 Shoulder their heads, because they headlesse bee.
