The Goose and the Gander

O the goose and the gander walk'd over the green,
O the goose she went barefoot for fear of being seen,
For fear of being seen, boys, for fear of being seen,
And the goose she went barefoot for fear of being seen.

I had a black hen and she had a white foot,
And she laid an egg in a willow tree root,
In a willow tree root, in a willow tree root,
And she laid a white egg in a willow tree root.
