I See God

I see God in the bluebird's wing;
I hear His voice when robins sing;
I see His smile in the rainbow's glow;
I hear His steps on the crusted snow.

I see God's tears in the morning dew;
I see His face when day is new;
I see His love in pink rose bush,
His calmness in the evening hush.

I feel His power in lightning flash,
His anger in the thunder's crash,
His thoughtfulness in the gentle rain,
His loving care in the ripening grain.

With eyes that see He's everywhere,
With ears that hear He's always near—
Leading us out of our wilderness,
Guiding with strength and tenderness.
