Amorous sun catches you in a lover's embrace --- youth calls your heart.
Sensual silken breezes caress your face --- joy surges in your veins.
Invigorating rain--- cool and gentle --- shivers you with delight.
 
And then you remember and hurt again.
And when you remember, hope dims again.
 
So you scan the sky for one special ray.
And you lean forward begging the breeze for attention.
You pray for a quaff -- fresh dipped -- in palmed cups.
 
And then you remember
And then you remember
What you can never forget.
