I've got money
Only ten,
so I traded for a Chinese Hen.
they said it was big but it seemed quite small,
Better than having nothing at all.

The Chinese Chicken ate my rice,
swallowed chuncks of wooden spice.

Pecked my peas
Ate sugar too,
Studied what I had to do.
i grabbed my knife and a pot,
i couldn't kill it, tied in a knot.

It looked at me with big sad eyes,
When I tried to catch him... Away he flies.

Outsmarted by Chine in chicken form,
their ways mastered in a norm.
So here is how i'd use this hen...
Carry it back and keep my ten.
