Spreading like locusts into the rising sun.
Rarely does life change in one grand epiphany,
Or a defining battle, ending the war.
Fame and glory surge like ecstasy on a Saturday night.
Only to leave you hollow, alone, and desiring more.
Just as ‘the devil is in the details,’ so is the key to life.
Having the devotion to focus on the little things,
Sacrificing fantasy for reality.
This separates the Jesters from the Kings.
