Poem

I want to know today
who planted these blind statues in my way?
Miracles are cheap.
With a cigarette you can buy
a magician. And money
is the MC
it is history that arranges
a meeting between life and death
so that
whenever war flares up in the East
the price of gold is bound to rise in the West

But that addicted gambler the world
reshuffles the deck of cards this time
to put the villains off the track
to uncover the sand shifting
under the podium
every sign reverses its course
as if nature had forgotten something
important, and turned back suddenly
It is time for these multitudes of the forgotten
to toss their torches onto the pyramid
of forged documents
—If you are the fire

I am the burning
if you are the big tree
I'm just a humble axe
but with my blows I'll cut you down

There are rivers with courses
still to be chosen
that will betray your maps
this time

Every killer shall kneel
before an ant!

And if you happen one day
to enter the cave of mythical monsters
where history used to hide
you will only find
the rusted helmet of the hero
and excrement of gods that grow extinct
with every blow
