Classic Poem

If the table was empty before
it will be empty when the key re-enters
the door and you walk into the room
to sit down and look into the mirror.

for empty spaces that were not there
when you left for the street
to find out if you was still around
after closing the door of the room.

that you left to return
after reassuring your imagination
the furniture will not move
unless you are there to move it yourself.
