Classic Poem

There fell a sudden rain
Nigh evenfall.
The sun is out again,
And red upon the wall,
Where the tulip-row o'erlooks
The trenches' running brooks
Through meadows thick with spears
Of grass, & nodding [blank ]

The river runs into the sky
The fish is rising to the fly
