Upon the Lord Gray of Grooby

Upon the Lord Gray of Grooby yellow haired being Cutt and Guelt of one Ston for a Rupture he died Bleeding

A Sorrell Gray which you might guess a Bull
With Cruelty and Lechry Pamperd full
Would needs be cut of's Rupture got of late
Breaking into an Other Mans Estate
The Surgion Bowld His Testicle out drew
And sayd ther'l need noe more of breed by You
Ar which such streams of Blood ensude: that He
Pay'd the reward of Blood and Cruelty —
Satiatus est Sanguine quem sitijt

" To which his wiser Lady sayd"

To which his wiser Lady sayd
My Lord is cut, my Lord is dead
But since 'tis thus
I must cheer up again with Guss:
For He's the man must stand in stead
Of Him thats gon
Had lost a Ston
His Comfort to me will be more
And pleas my Sex with Prick and Praise good store.
