The Yong man and Christ

The Yong man and Christ

A Yong Man that sought Heaven to Christ came
And askt what He should doe t'obtain the same
Christ wills He should's Commandements approve
And as Himself His Neighbour that He love
That from my Youth I thought I'd done replide
The Yong man strait; what is't remaines beside?
Our Lord then Counsailes Him to sel his store
And freely to distribute to the poore
Soe mayst thou be with Heavnly Tresure blest
Wherat He's sad and cannot that disgest
For He was Rich: and Such whilst They Look high
Can seld or never trace the way to th'Skye
It is easier for a Camell to
goe through the eye of a needle &c:
