Tnx. Interesting interview. I haven't heard of him before.
Do you like his work?
Are there any poems of his you can recommend?

Since 1987 when he released his first volume of verse,Turtle, Swan, Mark Doty has been recognized as one of the most accomplished poets in America.
You can use the poetry nook search in the upper right corner whenever you want to check out for some poets work :)
I will leave you with the link to the Wikipedia article about Mark Doty http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Doty
And here is the link to his poems on Poetry nook http://www.poetrynook.com/poet/mark-doty
I recommend first reading the Turtle, Swan, http://www.poetrynook.com/poem/turtle-swan and I believe that will be enough for initial push to read more of his work.

Enjoy :)
