15th Weekly Poetry Contest winner: Counterclockwise

by Sagitta Temporis

I dream counterclockwise sometimes
Cherry blossom petals lifting from the desert soil
Like gentle snowflakes
An island, a church, a trees lane, a vast field in America
No distance

We're both getting flowered on
As you're picking petals and sprinkling them on my hair

You've always been there in those dreams
Since tomorrow, when I will be born

I open my eyes
Find a cherry scented petal in my hair

And remember there is no pause
This dream is.

- True
Since eternity.
