Our brains are programmed by the life that we've been through.
Costing us pain, because the mind won't defend you.
If you can't live with yourself, its best to pretend to.
The voice in your head disappears when the rents due.
Lost and confused, left without a trace.
Sanity seems to be the hardest thing to embrace.
Focused on the future, but mentally out of place.
In touch with reality, the mirror shows a different face.
My pride has been torn, yet I need no remorse.
This fight with myself is always at full force.
It Seems to be pure evil, and gifted from its source.
