Member Poem

A child's pearly eyes sparkle with boundless glee
as thoughts of jingle bells and Christmas joy loom.
Their chuckle so beguiling  with impish 
nudge and hint at off-guard folks 
about those magic  toys they'd dearly love to nab
on that day, that universal day acclaimed 
where blissful notes ring  a gleaming elegy,  
a bright riposte to our  anxieties,
the fret and frown concerns,  alluded to
in  "Wave After Wave."
Let snow-filled spiral clouds usher in a winter
wonderland of everlasting relish,
dream world tiding relays round  the globe.
May cheerful whoops and scoops emboss hilarity,
be that counterfoil to latent blue mood phase.
