Dear me,

I always wonder why I'm here.
I've always been a curious individual, watching the leaves fall and the flowers bloom, an endless cycle of inevitability.
I always wonder why I'm here.
Because I can't seem to find the end, or the beginning, or anything at all without losing myself.
I always wonder why I'm here.
I watch the ceiling at night, the lazy light creeping in, like my own nightmares chasing me.
I always wonder why I'm here, my dear.
You know, I see you in me. I see me in you. Maybe it's all the same, after all, we’re all stardust, so how do we know who is who?
I always wonder why I'm here.
Should I be here? Should you be here? Should we all? What's here after all?
I always wonder why I'm here.
And my answer is always the same, going in circles like a tired horse.
I always wonder why I'm here
And I give up on the questions, as they don't mean anything, empty words out of my mouth disappearing in thin air
I always wonder why I'm here
And I know that asking that is pointless, I'm the same as every human, we’re one colective being, why shouldnt I be here?
I always wonder why I'm here
And I go to sleep, but in the morning I wake up to see the lighted ceiling, smiling at me, my dreams alive
I always wonder why I'm here
And I realize the end or the beginning doesn't matter, it's just the middle that speaks to me
I always wonder why I’m here
And I remember the flowers and the birds. I see them living and I see myself.
I always wonder why I'm here
And I don't know, it doesn't matter. But I know that when the day to close my eyes comes, I'll find out.
