Laughter float lightly
over gurgling river
near the city bridge
almost human voice
to casual eardrums
for time passing
the world stops
but briefly a while
to rethink words
on future pages
to endorse contacts
those we are close
to are narrators
in whirlwind splash
ongoing light walk
greeting on foot
the faces of life
wrapped in urban
cloth and drive
spare a second
spare a  light
as the street scene
revels in its own
zest for life
mirror on bliss
hugs and love
each chance now
and fine forever
fresh and sweet
inkling fond rush
don’t skip or duck
nor sly dodge
clouds that blow
winds whisper to
a world accepting
in need in nurture
magic giggles float
and fly skywards
feast on elation
who leap out
of bed to greet
what lies ahead
you can joint
of that quest
with raw vim
and that vitality
be vigilant as
the joyful bunch
are easier to spot
when alert to them
