A man with a depth like the sea,
I get lost in my search,
He digs into the night,
Unearthing mysteries shelved in his chamber.

A man of the evening light,
A sombre symphony still plays in his mind,
He has seen the trio of life,
He has journeyed through varied hues of darkness.

A man of deep words,
They come from a well of shadows and lost souls,
He praises the sun and sings to the moon,
He tells tales of the night watchmen.

Time and age have not weakened his hands,
They have not cloaked his dexterity,
He has journeyed through shrivelled meadows,
He has stood up to the turbulent elements.
