The night soothes My Broken Heart

Oh I love the night oh I love the night
I sit outside in the dark and it feels so right
The night sooths my Broken Heart
The pain will never go away until you start
To let go of the past
Then you can begin anew so your new love will last
So I sit in the dark and close my eyes and forget the past
All the hatred and bad memories
That were inside you for all those years
Now are gone along with all that pain which gave you nightmares and fed your fears
Oh I love the night oh I love the night
I sit outside in the dark and it feels so Right
Now that my heart’s not broken I can smile once again when I’m out in the light
I will be careful though when I choose a person that makes my heart glow
Oh there’s always a chance that my heart might be broken again but I won’t slow
Because the love inside of me has to come out naturally and has to flow
Any other way your heart won’t last
It will not take long either it will be fast
So be smart do it the right way and leave everything in the past
I love the night oh I love the night

Because I found my new love tonight
