NEVER ASK NEVER KNOW
Questions always deserve their place
In a conversation or even accusation
Yet so very often, they are overdue
Even when answers may not be true
When seeking more than clarification
But the evidence is always in the face
But do we ever have a right to know
If it’s a private opinion or even a fact
What might a kept secret really mean
Whether it’s good, bad, or inbetween
Trying to guess how others may react
But in such silence, mistrust can grow
But with research, especially in science
Asking a question is the place to start
Even in the deep and so difficult stuff
For some, trusting in belief is enough
But a brain demands more than heart
Yet satisfaction is in that very alliance
