Standing on the edge.
Wind howls around.
Deeper and deeper, you drove the wedge.
Together, we can’t make a sound.
This mountain peak used to tower.
Without a word, I dragged you to the ledge.
You had a chance, but instead you cower.
Where there was a void, I now feel power.
Digging my hands deep into your back, I shove.
You fall, taking with you our love.
I sharply turn without a glance.
Back down the mountain, I dance.
